- ξA proper notice should include:
- ξIdentification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
- ξIdentification of the material that is claimed to be infringing
- ξYour contact information, including name, email, and mailing address
- ξA statement that you believe in good faith that the use is unauthorized
- ξA statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner
- ξYour electronic or physical signature
ξHow we respond
- ξUpon receiving a valid DMCA notice, KeZero will review the claim and may remove or disable access to the alleged infringing content.
- ξWe may notify the user who uploaded the content and provide a chance to respond or file a counter-notice if they believe the takedown was mistaken.
ξCounter-notice
- ξIf your content is removed or disabled due to a DMCA notice, and you believe it was done in error, you may submit a counter-notice.
- ξA counter-notice should include your contact information, identification of the removed content, a statement under penalty of perjury that the content was removed by mistake, and your signature.
- ξUpon receiving a valid counter-notice, KeZero may restore the content unless a copyright holder initiates legal action.
ξRepeat infringers
- ξKeZero reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate copyright laws or our DMCA policy.
- ξThis helps protect the platform and other users from ongoing infringement.
