Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Policy

This policy explains how KeZero handles copyright infringement notices under the DMCA and the steps users should take if they believe their content is being used without authorization.

Last update: 12 January, 2026

Respecting intellectual property

  • KeZero respects the rights of copyright holders and expects users to do the same.
  • All users are responsible for the content they upload, share, or distribute using our services.

Reporting copyright infringement

  • If you believe your copyrighted work has been used without permission, you may submit a DMCA notice to KeZero.
  • A proper notice should include:
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing
  • Your contact information, including name, email, and mailing address
  • A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is unauthorized
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner
  • Your electronic or physical signature

How we respond

  • Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, KeZero will review the claim and may remove or disable access to the alleged infringing content.
  • We may notify the user who uploaded the content and provide a chance to respond or file a counter-notice if they believe the takedown was mistaken.

Counter-notice

  • If your content is removed or disabled due to a DMCA notice, and you believe it was done in error, you may submit a counter-notice.
  • A counter-notice should include your contact information, identification of the removed content, a statement under penalty of perjury that the content was removed by mistake, and your signature.
  • Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, KeZero may restore the content unless a copyright holder initiates legal action.

Repeat infringers

  • KeZero reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate copyright laws or our DMCA policy.
  • This helps protect the platform and other users from ongoing infringement.
